Our same faith based, not-for-profit organization that has been providing Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing care for over 60 years, now offers comprehensive home healthcare services to our campus residents and all residents of Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties. Under the direction of our professional healthcare team, it is now possible to stay at home even during acute illnesses or while recovering.

A Medicare-participating provider, licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and accredited by Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC), Lutheran Haven Home Healthcare works directly with your physician in the design and goals of your care. Our mission is to assist all whom we serve in recovery and rehabilitation, while teaching skills that ensure a comfortable and peaceful environment.

Medicare pays 100% for skilled home health services—no co-payments or co-insurance is necessary. This allows people to stay out of or reduce time spent in hospitals. A similar savings come if home care can provide, or delay, placement in a nursing home or other facility.

From light housekeeping to companionship, private skilled nursing to non-medical assistance, we design our services to meet your unique needs 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year. We welcome the opportunity to provide you and/or your family member(s) with the following services:
